I hereby apply for prospective membership of Adelaide Bushwalkers Inc (the Club) and declare that I will participate in the activities of the Club at my own risk. I agree to indemnify the Club and/or its Agents against any liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered or caused by me while participating in any activities. I agree to be bound by the Constitution.

I declare that I am at least 18 years of age.

Photographs may be taken of me by people participating in activities, and these photos may be published and distributed, at their discretion, on social media networks. The club may, on occasion, publish or share such photographs on our social media networks, principally Facebook, and our print and digital membership magazine, Tandanya. I acknowledge that if I object to this, I should inform people taking such photographs of me.

I acknowledge the following Club Emergency Information:

1. All members should take out appropriate ambulance cover which is NOT covered under the club insurance policy.
2. The name and number of a person who can be contacted in the event of an incident should be listed in my Emergency Contact Details on my Account page, which I can view and update each time I register for an Activity.
3. I agree to inform the leaders of activities in which I participate of any medical conditions which may jeopardize my ability in those activities.

Personal information which you provide to us will be made available only to committee members, and when required, Activity Leaders of activities you have registered for, and will only be used for official Club purposes.
