This Wednesday’s meeting will featuring David Harvey and Tim Krieger from Scout Outdoor Centre.

David’s passion lies in the Himalayas but he’s also walked in Patagonia and covered plenty of local areas too. On Wednesday he will speak about winter walking in Nepal. David will also speak of his fundraising event in late November where he’ll be walking with his friend Tom Currie from Adelaide to Mount Kosciuszko Summit… in thongs! Raising money for the Australian Himalayan Foundation Providing maternal and neonatal healthcare in the Solu Khumbu.

Tim and David will then showcase the latest and greatest gear that’s hitting the shelves at Scout Outdoor, just in time for Christmas.
